PRIVACY
Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how YesOnThis collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you browse the service, sign in, save products, manage your account, or contact us. Third-party retailers and services have their own privacy practices.
We collect only the information needed for the current service features:
We do not currently use optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site advertising trackers. We do not ask for or process payment-card information. Purchases take place on third-party retailer websites, not on YesOnThis.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics.
Some outbound retailer links may be affiliate links. If you follow one, the retailer or affiliate network may collect information under its own privacy policy, including information needed to attribute a referral. YesOnThis does not control those third-party sites. Review the retailer's terms and privacy policy before providing information or making a purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
The current service uses only cookies and similar storage that are necessary for authentication, session refresh, security, and account-only features. Disabling them may prevent sign-in, wishlists, or account management from working.
If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking is added, we will update this policy and implement any required notice or choice before enabling it.
Account, profile, and wishlist information is kept while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. When you complete self-service account deletion, or an administrator completes account deletion, the authentication account, profile, and wishlist relationships are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Inquiry-board records and any reply correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve the request, maintain security, or meet applicable legal obligations. Authorized administrators can permanently delete resolved or spam inquiries when they are no longer needed.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about personal information. You may submit a request through the Contact Us form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the current service does not provide a separate "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. We will reassess this before introducing advertising, behavioral tracking, or a new data-sharing arrangement.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authentication, server-side authorization checks, and database access rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact Us form.
